Product Introduction

1、 Main purpose:

The TLC-300A drop hammer impact testing machine is suitable for impact resistance testing of thermoplastic pipes, fittings, and hard plastic sheets. Compliant with GB6112-85 GB11548-89, According to user requirements, it can also comply with ASTM D3029-84 ISO3127-80。

2、 Functional features:

Software platform: a standalone installation software running under WINDOWS XP. The interface is friendly and the operation is simple.

Measurement range: The maximum energy measurement range is 300J, and three types of tests, A method, B method, and C method, can be conducted.

Sample fixture: semi-automatic pneumatic clamping device, safe and reliable, easy to operate.

Positioning device: The falling height can be automatically controlled by a computer.

Lifting device: computer-controlled electromagnet and hammer lifting.

Capture device: The electromagnet automatically captures and prevents the sample from being subjected to secondary impact.

Buffer device: The equipment is equipped with a buffer device to prevent damage to the impact surface of the falling hammer.

Data editing: After the experiment is completed, the impact damage mass and corresponding data can be automatically calculated and displayed by the computer.

Curve drawing: The test results of all samples can be automatically marked on the table after the experiment is completed, which is intuitive and clear.

Report editing: Experimental data and marker tables can be automatically edited into reports and printed.
